Meet the Chefs of the 2026 Culinary Stage

David Lentini

David Lentini is proud to have been the host of St. Anthony’s Culinary Pavilion for the past 19 years! He has worked in the culinary industry for over 26 years and is currently the Corporate Chef for New England Food as well as an Associate Professor at Massasoit Community College.

David’s favorite Italian Food is any kind of pasta or pizza. He loves it all! He never orders risotto from a restaurant because his is simply the best. Facts are facts people! He is also the self proclaimed “Cutlet King” of New England and is certain that the title will catch on soon.

Off the stage, David is an incredibly lucky husband and proud father. He loves spending time with his family and going on adventures. Fishing, biking, gaming, beaching and vacationing in Florida are some of his favorite things to do.

August is his favorite time of year because his gets to spend time with his St. Anthony’s Feast family!

Paul D’Amore is an Italian-born chef, restaurateur, entrepreneur, and storyteller who turned a family restaurant into a destination for authentic Italian food and unforgettable experiences. As the owner of Massimino’s Cucina Italiana in Boston’s North End, he blends old-world traditions with modern creativity through cooking classes, farm-to-table dinners, and engaging social media content. Known for his passion, energy, and warm hospitality, Paul believes the best meals are about more than food—they’re about family, connection, and creating memories that last a lifetime.

Mark Murphy is an accomplished and passionate Corporate Chef based in Boston, Massachusetts. For more than two decades, he has proudly been part of the Regina Pizzeria family, helping preserve the tradition and quality that have made Regina an iconic Boston institution.

As Corporate Chef for Boston Restaurant Associates, Mark oversees culinary operations for 17 locations, including a full-service dough commissary, four full-service restaurants (including two Polcari's Italian Restaurants that proudly serve Regina Pizzeria), six quick-service locations, and six licensed Regina Pizzeria operations.

Mark firmly believes that Regina Pizzeria's world-renowned reputation is built on the dedication, passion, and teamwork of its employees. He credits the success of the organization to the hardworking people who bring excellence to every restaurant every day and considers it a privilege to work alongside them.

A lifelong student of the culinary arts, Mark is always seeking new inspiration by exploring emerging food trends, sourcing exceptional ingredients, and refining classic Italian flavors. Whether developing a signature pizza or creating a new entrée, his greatest reward comes from crafting dishes that make an unforgettable first impression and become favorites for guests to enjoy for years to come.

Tara Hattan is an internationally recognized pizza chef and proud member of the prestigious World Pizza Champions team. With over twenty awards and a passion for creativity, craftsmanship, and the art of dough, Tara has competed on some of the biggest stages in the world – earning multiple international awards for both her culinary skills and her pizza acrobatics.

Beyond competition, Tara brings her energy and expertise directly to audiences. She is available for private cooking events, interactive pizza experiences, and jaw-dropping pizza acrobatic shows – perfect for weddings, corporate gatherings, festivals, or special celebrations. Whether she’s tossing dough high into the air, creating championship-winning pizzas, or sharing her knowledge with aspiring chefs, Tara’s performance combines entertainment and culinary excellence in a way few can match.
